Hi Sangram. I love the fact that you are spreading the word about ABM! Did you know that IYSMA’s first ABM Framework was published in 2004? I’ve been writing about ABM since then, and working with our member companies around the world to implement a variety of ABM approaches, from full ABM to a lighter version, and all the way down to targeted advertising. We should catch up and compare notes sometime. Bev.

Thanks for reaching out, Bev. I am a big fan ITSMA. I wrote about ITSMA in a post on the history of ABM and how it got started. I’d love to catch-up. Will shoot you a note.
