Terminus Named No. 61 on the Inc. 5000
Break out the confetti and throw on your dancing shoes, because Terminus has something to celebrate! We’re humbled and excited to announce that Terminus was named No. 61 on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in the U.S., posting a 4,730% growth rate over a three-year period. The company is No. 8 on the list’s “Software” category. Our team joined the ranks of past honorees such as Zappos, Microsoft, Pandora, and Oracle.
While any appearance on the Inc. 5000 is a reason to celebrate, we’re particularly honored to be included in this year’s prestigious list because of the “staggering” growth of its honorees — Inc.’s words, not ours.
In its official release, Inc. described the collective accomplishments of the honorees as such: “As a whole, the 2019 honorees have a three-year average growth of 454 percent and a median rate of 157 percent. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue was $237.7 billion in 2018, accounting for 1,216,308 jobs over the past three years.”
When Terminus was founded in 2014, we were just three Atlanta-based co-founders on a quest to help make B2B marketers’ jobs easier and their revenue numbers higher. Five (short, or so it seems!) years later, we’ve got the most powerful account-based platform on the market, offices on both U.S. coasts, and thousands of customers who are using account-based marketing to drive incredible growth for their organizations.
Really, though, this honor comes down to our amazing customers.
We know that, ultimately, without the support of the creative and committed marketers who use our products, platform, and services each and every day, we wouldn’t be able to offer practitioners the perfect tools to target, engage, activate, and measure ABM activities.
As our co-founders Sangram Vajre and Eric Spett write in our new book, ABM is B2B., (available for pre-order now!), one of the seven truths of marketing is, “You can’t bench-press 500 pounds in one day.” While they were actually talking about building scalable ABM 2.0 campaigns, the sentiment still applies: Terminus didn’t boom overnight. We are incredibly grateful to the #OneTeam that builds, grows, and serves our customers; our leadership team, who is guiding us to greatness; and our customers, who make us who we are and help us improve every day.
