It’s almost spooky season but there’s nothing scary about what we have for you in our October release, except maybe that it’s scary good. For this release, our newest features are all about giving you actionable insights so that you can make informed decisions that drive the needle.
At Terminus, our product releases are constantly focused on improving the customer experience while building the multi-channel ABM platform of the future. And in our October Release, customers can expect a new look and feel for Ad Experiences (plus new reporting!), new Chat Experiences features, a new HubSpot integration and the Terminus CDP. Our customers want to be able to easily determine how their tactics and creatives are performing and don’t want to be bogged down by tactics and execution-oriented reporting.
As a Marketer, I want to view performance metrics across all my creatives and tactics, so that I can analyze and determine what is performing well versus what isn’t. I need a fixed set of aggregated metrics that summarizes the general performance across all of my creatives and tactics within a specified time window. I need to know the trending performance metrics for 1 or many creatives and tactics within a specified time window. I need to sort and filter creatives and tactics by specified performance data so that I can distill what creatives are performing well versus those that are not. I need to easily export (via CSV) aggregated creative and tactic performance metrics within a specified time window.

As a Marketer, I want to view reporting for LinkedIn in Terminus along with my campaigns and audiences. I need to be able to quickly understand how my campaigns are performing and take action from there.

The Eloqua integration for Chat Experiences is an easy and seamless way to connect your Eloqua and Terminus data.
Our customers need to be able to pull their existing data in Eloqua into Terminus to power their chat ABM strategy.
As a marketer using Chat Experiences and Eloqua, I need to create coordinated and personalized buyer experiences. As a marketer, I need to be able to push contact data collected during a chat conversation to Eloqua to continue to nurture and educate that lead.

Google Analytics Uptick
Our customers need to be able to show when a conversion is made within Chat Experiences in Google Analytics.
Easily capture and report on Chat conversions in Google Analytics. With Google Analytics Uptick, you are able to pass events such as data captured, chat requested, first visitor interaction, and meeting booked from Terminus Chat into Google Analytics. Top Level Navigation
Our customers need to be able to easily access their playbooks and manage their members page.
Chat admins can quickly access their Chat Playbooks in one click from the updated sidebar navigation.
Message Delays
Our customers need to be able to control the tempo of their chat conversation to ensure that they can engage visitors throughout their time on site.
Create playbooks that build momentum and re-engage idle visitors at the right moment with Message Delays. By adding a message delay criteria within your playbook, you can allow visitors time to consume any shared content before following up or sending information to continue the conversation.

Hubspot Integration
Terminus now provides customers a friction-less, direct integration of HubSpot CRM data into Terminus Data Studio. Integrating HubSpot with the Terminus Engagement Hub enables customers to see their CRM data in Data Studio, as well as build segments of CRM accounts to activate in ABM campaigns and track their success.
Customers want to automatically update their Hubspot CRM data within Terminus and avoid manual import efforts.
As an account based marketer, I want my Hubspot CRM data to automatically update in Terminus, so I no longer need to manually import and export that data. As an account based marketer, I want to see account, lead and opportunity data from Hubspot in my Terminus account so I can create multi-channel campaigns and activate them from Terminus. As a marketing administrator, I’d like to configure my org’s Hubspot integration so I can more quickly get value from the Terminus platform.
Sync your HubSpot CRM Company, Contact, and Deal data into Terminus: Daily cycle to ingest data from the three targeted HubSpot objects (Companies, Contacts, Deals) and automatically update in Terminus for dynamic ABM efforts and robust attribution. Leverage HubSpot data for multi-channel campaigns: View account, lead and opportunity data from HubSpot in my Terminus account, create multi-channel campaigns and activate them from Terminus.

GDPR Compliance Details
Terminus has made information security and data privacy foundational principles of everything we do and we are firmly committed to GDPR. To ensure we meet regulatory guidelines, Terminus has built the Terminus ABM platform with data privacy by design and are only working with the data necessary to provide our service.
As we expand into EMEA, it is important that we continue to provide our customers with the tools they need to be GDPR compliant and make it as easy as possible for them to implement. Take for example the GDPR feature in Chat Experiences that quickly determines what country a website visitor is coming from and proactively asks for consent if they are located in the EU.
