Chat Experiences now integrates directly with Hubspot to not only import/sync lists of target leads, but create new leads directly from Chat.
Customers want to align Chat Playbooks with HubSpot lists and be able to capture new contacts/leads.
As an SDR/BDR, I want to be able to add new leads to nurture campaigns right away while the Chat lead is hot! I want to be able to add this lead to my other marketing channels ASAP. For example, I can:
