#INBOUND17 was one for the record books!
From the killer keynotes, awesome announcements, and VIP experiences, HubSpot’s annual INBOUND extravaganza was an exceptional event. More than 20,000 marketing mavens convened in Boston for #INBOUND17. We’ve rounded up a few of our favorite highlights from this year’s INBOUND, and we’re saving the best for last. Here are our top moments from #INBOUND17.
Starting Up & Scaling Up
Brian Halligan (CEO & Co-Founder) and Dharmesh Shah (CTO & Co-Founder) of HubSpot absolutely crushed their keynote. They provided awesome insights for scaling your business, along with lessons they’ve learned since founding HubSpot in 2006 and growing it into a global enterprise. You can watch the full keynote below.
Celebrity Speakers
The star sightings at #INBOUND17 were certainly stellar. A lineup of celebrity speakers included entrepreneurs and authors such as Leila Janah and Amanda Steinberg, TV favorites like Andy Cohen and Issa Rae, chef Mario Batali, wrestler John Cena, and the most highly regarded (and guarded because apparently security was stronger than TSA at an airport) was former First Lady, Michelle Obama.
Party, Party, Party!
Every day was chockful of events and networking opportunities, capping off in the evening with cocktail receptions and invitation-only dinners. The LinkedIn rooftop party was a hotspot in addition to Club INBOUND. In fact, that party was so “lit” they had to turn the lights on so everyone would go home.
The Grass Was Greener on the Outside
If you’ve ever been to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, you’ve seen the amazing outdoor space at the Lawn on D. For #INBOUND17, conference attendees enjoyed taking a break outside on the greenspace, chilling in a swing, or noshing on fare from the bevy of local food trucks.
Everything Account-Based Marketing
INBOUND is now an ABM conference! The community of marketers was hungry to learn more about how inbound and account-based marketing come together to create an omnichannel nurture program.
HubSpot and Terminus announced the launch of our product integration. As pioneers of the inbound and account-based marketing movements, respectively, we’re excited to lead the charge on software innovation and category growth. So, it was a no-brainer to provide our customers this integration that unites the best of both strategies.
In his keynote, HubSpot’s VP of Product, Christopher O’Donnell shared more on this hot new technique for ABM and inbound that’s the best way to drive awareness inside a company by launching account-based display advertising. Watch Chris’s keynote here, and fast forward to 17:33 to learn why HubSpot teamed up with “one of the best in the ABM business to deliver a new integration.”
