About the Role:
We are looking for an Account-Based Marketing Specialist to join our Demand Generation team. In this role, you will closely with the Director of Global Demand Generation to help grow Modern Hire’s demand gen activities with a specific focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM). This role will directly impact the marketing funnel and the sales pipeline, providing visibility for the role within the company and opportunities for growth.
- Work with the demand generation team to develop and execute ABM initiatives to nurture qualified leads
- Collaborate on marketing planning with a focus on customer segmentations and audience analysis
- Conduct keyword research and build effective keyword/ campaign strategies
- Work with Marketing team on landing page development, ad copy, and ABM automation initiatives
- Collaborate with sales teams on new campaign ideas to ensure successful launch of ABM campaigns
- Set up metrics, tracking and reporting systems for identified KPIs and marketing activities such as clicks, CTR, conversions, ROI, etc.
- Develop and set up monthly reporting dashboards to share internally
- Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, extracting insights for campaign optimizations and future strategy recommendations
- Identify, research and test new demand generation strategies and tactics

- Do you have at least two (2) years of B2B digital marketing experience?
- Do you have experience working with account-based marketing programs and large account selling teams? (preferred)
- Do you have experience in analyzing campaign results to inform business recommendations?
- Are you able to write impactful B2B marketing copy?
- Do you have experience with content management systems (WordPress)?
- Are you able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly engaged environment?
- Do you have experience using modern MarTech ABM and CRM tools such as SFDC, Marketo, 6sense and Terminus? (preferred)
